The fragrance of wood, combined with all the advantages of plastics: with PVC/ wood profiles, you can have it all!
PVC/wood profiles belong to the material group of Wood Plastic Composites (WPC). Its main components are biological fibres such as sawdust and flax, combined with plastics such as PVC. Unlike with “pure” wood profiles, our special additives were developed specifically for wood extrusion and make it possible to create profiles with unusual designs while still keeping costs low.

Stabilisers for added durability

Chemson has invested a lot of time and resources in the development of calcium/zinc stabilisers and alternatives for the window and shutter segment. These products make the plastic particularly durable. In combination with a balanced titanium dioxide content, our stabilisers are particularly well suited for use in different climate zones. Our product highlight in the profile segment: the 1-component tablet. This dust-free melt product is particularly easy to handle and combines a first-class distribution volume with optimised warehousing properties.
