Our 3D Vinyl formula was developed for the manufacturing industries. It really comes into its own in the printing of support structures, and thus in the manufacturing of prototypes and final parts. The benefits of PVC are maintained in full in the 3D Vinyl formulation:
The printed products are less expensive than metal moulds, for instance, and also have a longer lifespan, improved UV resistance and are weather- and fire-proof (fire rating: class 1). The ecological balance sheet also adds up: The 3D Vinyl formulation uses 40% less fossil fuels than other filaments and the end products are recyclable to a high degree.

The advantages of 3D printing are particularly apparent when it comes to research and development. With 3D printing, ideas can be turned into hands-on conceptual models in no time.
